I found Door Clearance Center through a Google search. I asked questions and researched their website prior to ordering my beautiful door. Their customer service is amazing. The door was shipped during the exact time frame provided. The company that delivered the door followed through with calling before to schedule and providing a window of delivery time, as DCC stated they would. I would recommend DCC to anyone looking for a door. Their customer service is amazing and their prices cannot be beat!!

I bought over ten doors from this company, I have very bad experiences 12/08/2023. After I bring door to home my contractor find one pantry door cracked on frame, so we bring it back to do exchange, they refuse to do so , the manager said even could be manufactured fault, they will not exchange for me. And said can exchange, need me pay 50% price. WHAT ! YOuR DooR has defect. LET ME pay 50%!!!!!! You robber?

It may be cheaper to buy from them, but at the end it’s not worth it. We spent almost $3000 on that door, and very soon after purchasing the handle on the speakeasy broke. The refuse to replace the part or the door even though it’s under warranty because they claim the damaged part is not a defect from the manufacturer. Their recommendation was to weld it. Horrible company and customer service. Follow up: A day after I posted the review, a customer service representative from the door company called me to let me know that they would send me a replacement part. I have attached a photo of what I was sent.

DO NOT BUY from this company! I spent $7,000.00 on 20 doors that I thought would be in perfect condition after waiting 9 weeks for them! 15 out of the 20 doors where destroyed! Me and my contractor spent HOURS Using puddy on the doors and sanding them down! And they offerd me less then $300 and some pieces for my trouble! What a joke! On top of that the delivery was horrible! The guy couldn't get the doors off the truck and I had to unload each door one by one for delivery i paid almost $2,000 for! They also lied to my credit card company when i tried to do a charge back and told them they offerd me a refund total lie to VISA! I HAVE NO REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY TO DATE!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! AND IM GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY!!!!

We ordered all of our exterior and interior doors from this company for our build. They shipped them to us in KY. For the same quality and doors you absolutely won’t find a better price. I’ve done my research time and time again. For example, elsewhere for my 8 ft front door like mine I was looking at around 6k with the same build locally. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Our doors came in the 8 week time frame but not without a few minor errors. Customer service was outstanding with both orders with correcting and sending a replacement for damage on a few of the door jams. They’ve just shipped out a replacement as soon as they possibly could. I’ll be using this company again and again for future builds. We need a location in KY. They’d put everyone out of business!
